Roderick Kelvin Porter is a former Deputy Chief of the Federal Communications Commission's International Bureau in Washington, D.C., and a member of the Federal Senior Executive Service. He has had an extensive career in government service and private practice.
Through the years, he has traveled to and met representatives and citizens of a number of countries in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. In Washington, D.C., he also has met with numerous representatives and citizens of other countries.
He is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center (Juris Doctor) in Washington, D.C., and Morgan State University (Bachelor of Arts) in Baltimore, Maryland.
Awakening of the Twelve is the second book in his Torch Series Titan Twelve Trilogy.
The author resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has two children: Roderick Kelvin Porter II and Alexandra Marie Porter.
